We wish to congratulate our young swimmers on taking part in the Urdd's National Swimming Gala which took place on Sunday, January 24th at Cardiff International Pool. They competed against pupils from schools all over Wales. Chloe Tutton in Year 9 won both the Year 9 & 10 Girls' Butterfly and Individual Medley events. In the Year 9 & 10 Boys' Individual Medley, Gethin Dibben secured seventh position and Christina Stoyle secured fourth position in the Year 11+ Girls' Breastroke event. In the Year 7 & 8 events, Leonie Morris had success in the Butterfly competition as well as in the Medley Relay with Sophie Morris, Chelsea Phillips and Courtney Phillips. Well done and thanks to you all for representing our school.
