As part of our GCSE Child Development course, some 15 of our Year 10 and 11 pupils took part in a project which involved them taking responsibility for 15 needy ‘Reality Babies'. The project included a trip on the train to the 10 Pin Bowling Centre and an overnight stay in the Urdd Millenium Centre. The project was a huge success, and all exhausted pupils gained a valuable insight into the reality and demands of parenthood.
